Clever Investor Turns $45 into $200 Million

It's not everyday that you go to a yard sale and find something worthwhile. Painter, investor and collector Rick Norsigian did in 2000 when he bought photography icon Ansel Adams "lost" negatives.

It was no easy feat. He's spent years working with his lawyer to prove the origin of the negatives and expert art buyers have determined that Norsigian has, indeed, stumbled upon on a pop culture artifact. He purchased 65 negatives for $45 dollars and it turns out the collection is worth $200 million!
